Throughout the year, there are several deadlines for the track staff or for exhibitors that want to sponsor games at the show. Those deadlines will be listed here, along with general information about that milestone. Specifics about each deadline will be provided via the appropriate DragonLARP mailing list.
Sat 01-May-2010 - All Prospective Exhibitors
Progress Report Submissions are due. All games given preliminary approval to run prior to May 1, 2010 need to provide the information to be included in the progress report to the LARP Director no later than May 1, Announcements with the information requirements will be posted to our mailing lists.
Fri 06-Aug-2010 - All Prospective Exhibitors
All games given final approval to run at the 2010 show need to provide the information to be included in the Pocket Program report to the LARP Director no later than May 1, Announcements with the information requirements will be posted to our mailing lists.
